Flash Flood Hits Springfield!

Southwest Springfield, Missouri. The bad weather came our way last night. We had unrelenting thunderstorms for about 16 straight hours. Flooding all over Springfield. Our neighborhood is among the worst hit areas. We have had almost 7 inches of rain today. They were still trying to rescue three teens who were trapped in a tree in the middle of this normally little stream, South Creek, just down from our house. They unsuccessfully brought in Sea-Doos to try to get to them but eventually rescued them another way.
